Excerpt: If Google discovers at any time that Customer’s total number of enrolled students (irrespective of whether they are using the Services) and active staff users of Fundamentals is higher than the total number disclosed by Customer at the start of an Order Term, Google may require Customer to order additional licenses (prorated from the date of Google’s discovery) to meet any applicable minimum purchase requirements.
