- “Customer may convert their SolidNetWork (SNL) to a Regional SolidNetWork license upon approval by 3DS. Regional is defined as group of countries within one of the three (3) 3DS territories (the Western Hemisphere (Americas), Europe/Middle-East/Africa, and the rest of Asia/Australia). … Customer may convert their SolidNetWork (SNL) to a Worldwide SolidNetWork license upon approval by 3DS and must be current on ALC payment. A Worldwide SolidNetWork license may be “floated” to and used concurrently (the total number of licenses used at a time cannot exceed the total number of Customer-acquired licenses) in any geography in the world, by a User or by Affiliate’s Users.”
