- In the event that Customer does not have a Secondary Server Call commitment, any Secondary Server Calls generated by Customer shall be billed at 100% of the Primary Server Call Overusage Rate as detailed in the applicable Sales Order. Such fees are billed monthly in arrears as incurred.
